Respectful Workplace
Respectful Workplace Training
Workplace Fairness International offers respectful workplace training sessions. Our seminars establish foundational knowledge, develop a common language, and generate dialogue about the importance of respect at work.
We will work with you to explore your workplace culture’s specific challenges and opportunities and tailor our 3-hour or 6-hour seminars to your needs.
Beginning the Respectful Workplace Dialogue: 3-Hour (Half Day) Training Session
We believe that the best Respectful Workplace training comes from the participants’ experiences, discussions, and positive support of one another. Our expert facilitators will guide the dialogue toward understanding what respect means and how it is accomplished. Our agenda focuses on interactive group exercises to maximize participant involvement in the training.
Building the Respectful Workplace Charter: 6-Hour (Full Day) Training Session
The best way to enhance respect is for workplace participants to agree on how they will treat each other. We call this consensus a Respectful Workplace Charter. During this interactive session, our expert facilitators guide participants in developing and signing a custom Charter that commits to and creates accountability for respect at work.
The Charter will answer a number of questions like
What does Respect look like to us?
How do we support each other in encouraging respectful behaviour?
What do we do when we witness disrespectful behaviour?
How do we support someone whom we believe is a victim of disrespectful behaviour?
How do we have a supportive conversation with someone who we feel is being disrespectful?
Our expert facilitators will help tailor these and other relevant questions to your workplace culture.
