Blaine, a labour lawyer and member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1995, is an expert in both the practice and theory of assisted labour/management negotiation, mediation-arbitration and facilitation.

Michelle is a practicing mediator who brings 20 years experience to the Workplace Fairness International as a professional engineer, energy management consultant, business owner, facilitator and property owner/manager. 

SHARAD KERUR

Sharad Kerur is Harvard-trained, with certificates in Mediating Disputes and Negotiating Difficult Conversations from the Harvard Negotiation Institute (Harvard Law School). He also holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and an Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of York in Toronto.

Rahel Woldegiorgis is an experienced trainer, coach, facilitator, mediator, and conflict resolution expert with a rich background in EDIB, change management, and conflict management.

Luis Oré is a mediator, consensus-building and stakeholder engagement practitioner, negotiation consultant, conflict coach, and trainer. In Peru and abroad, he has 20+ years of professional experience addressing social conflicts and 10+ years of teaching and research experience in institutional issues for managing, negotiating, analyzing, and transforming conflicts.

NANCY LOVE

Ph.d, Founder PULSE Institute

Nancy Love is a pre-eminent international leader in mediation and facilitation, an author and public speaker.  Her area of focus is leadership and conflict management in the space between people, workplace relationships and the role that language plays on the journey towards common ground. She excels working to resolve and mitigate conflict in the workplace.

Blaine, a labour lawyer and member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1995, is an expert in both the practice and theory of assisted labour/management negotiation, mediation-arbitration and facilitation. He has the Chartered Mediator (C.MED.) designation from the ADR Institute of Canada, and is a Registered Practitioner of Dispute Resolution (RPDR) through the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiations (CIIAN).Blaine trains Human Resources professionals, Labour leaders and others in Human Rights, Labour and Employment law, Human Resources, Collective Bargaining and Conflict Resolution. He is presently Adjunct Professor of Workplace Dispute Resolution at Atkinson College, York University, Toronto, and Adjunct Professor for the Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources at the University of Toronto.

MICHELLE PHANEUF

Michelle is a practicing mediator who brings 20 years experience to Workplace Fairness International as a professional engineer, energy management consultant, business owner, facilitator and property owner/manager. She has acted as a consultant for many government organizations including the federal government, provincial government, City of Calgary, and other public corporations (Honeywell, Siemens,etc). She has also assisted regional health authorities, school divisions and smaller municipalities across Canada.

Michelle is currently providing conflict resolution services to government, engineering, technical and other firms through mediation, conflict coaching, group and team facilitation, public consultation and conflict training. She is a member of the Court Roster for the Government of Alberta Civil Claims Mediation Program and a coach with the Mount Royal University Conflict Resolution Program.

For over 30 years, Sharad held senior-level positions in the union and association sectors. His most recent position was Executive Director of the Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association (ONPHA), Canada’s largest non-profit housing association.

 

Sharad has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Master of Industrial Relations degrees from Queen’s University, focusing on negotiation theory and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Over the course of more than two decades, Rahel has championed the promotion of EDIB and the facilitation of conflict management in organizations and communities worldwide, driving meaningful change.

Rahel has empowered numerous organizations and communities, igniting the growth of inclusive cultures, effective change management approaches, and successful conflict resolution mechanisms that propel individuals and organizations toward success. Rahel bridges theoretical frameworks with real-world practices, ensuring that EDIB principles, change management tactics, and conflict resolution methods are not only understood but also effectively implemented, resulting in tangible and lasting results.

LUIS ORE

Luis Oré is a mediator, consensus-building and stakeholder engagement practitioner, negotiation consultant, conflict coach, and trainer. In Peru and abroad, he has 20+ years of professional experience addressing social conflicts and 10+ years of teaching and research experience in institutional issues for managing, negotiating, analyzing, and transforming conflicts. Luis helps individuals, groups, organizations, and governments use negotiation and consensus-building skills and strategies to advance their interests, improve business and working relationships, and deal with conflict more effectively.

 

Luis’ qualifications include:

  • J.D. from the University of Lima (Peru)
  • Communication Master’s from Western Kentucky University
  • Conflict Management Master’s from the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University.
  • Trained in Negotiation Pedagogy from Harvard University
  • Trained by Al Gore, former US VP in Climate Change.

His extensive experience in Peru and the world includes:

NANCY LOVE

Nancy Love founded the PULSE Institute in 2002 and working with Dr. Dan Dana of the Mediation Training Institute International in Kansas City. She has been an associate of the University of the Virgin Islands in the area of conflict resolution. Dr. Love has worked with US Federal Agencies, and US and international companies, training more than 1000 clients as in-house or external mediators. She subsequently worked as a conflict resolution practitioner for a Canadian Federal Government Agency.
