Sheila has over 12 years of Human Resource – Labour Relations experience in the Health Care and Social Service sectors. Her experiences working with Management & Union Relationships have evolved into a passion focusing on the overall health, wellness & safety of an organization. This includes coaching, facilitating training programs & proactively addressing workplace conflict issues. Sheila is honored to join WFI as a Certified Workplace Fairness Analyst. Her educational background includes an Advanced Labour Relations & Organizational Development certification from Queen’s University IRC. Currently, she is in process of obtaining her Q.Med designation from ADRIO & ADRIC.
