Sharad Kerur is a Harvard-trained mediator, conflict management instructor and workplace fairness analyst. For over 30 years, Sharad held senior positions in the union and association sectors, most recently as head of a major provincial association. He also holds certificates in dispute resolution from York University, a B.Com. (Hons) and a Master of Industrial Relations degrees from Queen’s.

Sharad holds a Q.Med (Qualified Mediator) designation from the ADR Institute of Ontario, a C.C.M (Chartered Community Mediator) from the Ontario Community Mediation Coalition, is a CINERGY® Certified Conflict Management Coach, is certified as a Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment practitioner, and is a Certified Workplace Fairness Analyst with WFI.
