Erin approaches her work with the belief that conflict’s existence cannot be separated from its systemic context. She works with parties to explore their own and others’ perspectives within the greater environment in order to generate understanding and resolve conflict.
Her company, Rennison Consulting supports small-medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations to build peaceful workplaces and communities. With her background in grassroot and elite sport, she has special interest in working with sport organizations to create sport environments where all participants can feel safe, participate fully and be active for life. She holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and is a trained mediator and conflict coach.
