MAY JOLLIFFE
May is a Qualified Mediator, facilitator, educator and conflict coach. Her 30-plus years of non-profit and government experience includes program delivery and evaluation, adult education, and senior management positions. She is a Workplace Fairness Analyst, holds an MA degree from Ryerson University and an Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University.

Larissa Bartlett
Larissa has over 18 years of experience working within an academic institution where her work has been focused on providing support and education to students, staff, faculty, and leaders on matters related to human rights, harassment, discrimination, equity, diversity, and inclusion. More recently, Larissa has shifted to focus on conflict management within teams and supporting workplace restorative practices. Larissa’s approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and compassionate.
Larissa holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Guelph, a LL.B. from Queen’s University, and a MPEd in the field of Equity, Diversity and Social Justice from Western University. She is also trained in mediation, appreciative inquiry, professional coaching, workplace fairness assessment, and workplace restoration practices.
Larissa is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the ADR Institute of Ontario. She is also a certified Workplace Fairness Analyst with Workplace Fairness International.
