The WFI provides services to First Nations in Canada to help build community capacity that is culturally relevant and sensitive to the unique challenges faced by First Nations. We provide services which promote wellness: in conflict management systems design, mediation training, group facilitation, external Ombuds support and workplace education solutions.
Working with David Noganosh, President and CEO of Red Wolf Mediation & ADR Services, we have developed proactive conflict management systems that incorporate the insights of the 7 Grandfather Teachings of the Anishinawbe.

We work with First Nations Leadership, Chief and Council on reserve, as well as not-for-profit groups and business owners. We also have experience working with First Nations in Alberta with our WFI Alberta Co-Directors Marjorie Munroe and Michelle Phaneuf.The Workplace Fairness Institute provides people and organizations with fair, effective and sustainable solutions for preventing, resolving and managing organizational conflicts.
Workplace Violence and Harassment and Domestic Violence Policies
The WFI is a leader in the field of policy development and implementation for workplace violence, domestic violence and workplace harassment. We will help you to ensure you remain in compliance with Bill 168 and other workplace harassment and violence prevention regulations.
Training on Workplace Violence and Harassment Issues
The WFI offers various types of training for workplace leaders, managers, supervisors, human resources professionals, union representatives and worker on conflict management, and workplace violence and harassment prevention.
