Roster Development Service

The Workplace Fairness Institute provides you access to the professionals you need in the circumstances. We do this in three ways:

• We provide you the service directly
• We refer you to the appropriate professional
• We help you develop a roster for your own use

Larger workplaces may desire access to their own list of professionals that they can call to get their conflicts resolved. Whether you need mediators, arbitrators, early neutral evaluators, conflict coaches or investigators, the Workplace Fairness Institute can help your workplace by developing a roster of qualified professionals who will perform the tasks you need. The Institute will solicit and interview applicants, and present you with a roster of suitable professionals. You can then have access to an appropriate professional who will help you manage the conflict in question.
